Personal Dashboard

After signing in, you will access your personal dashboard, which provides an overview of your residency status and access to the main tools available to residents.

From this area you can navigate to different sections of your resident account.

How to login to EBVS and College websites

Personal Information

Residents can update their personal profile information directly from their account.

This includes:

• Contact information

• Professional details

• Other profile data required by the College

Payments and Invoices

Residents can manage payments related to their training through the portal.

This includes:

• Resident enrolment fees

• Credentialing fees

• Examination fees

• Access to past payments and downloadable invoices

Annual Reports

Residents can submit Annual Residency Reports during their training.

These reports can be uploaded directly through the resident portal by submitting the required PDF documentation.

Credentials Submission

Once all annual reports have been approved, residents may submit their credential documents through their account.

After submitting the required files, the system will guide you through payment of the credentialing fee.

Examination Application

Residents can apply to sit the specialist examination through the portal.

The process includes:

• Uploading the required examination application documents

• Completing payment of the examination fee.

Privacy Settings

Residents can manage their privacy settings from their account, including how their information appears within the College system.
