How to change your email account associated with your college and EBVS login

If you are already logged in and want to change your email address, follow the steps below.

Step 1 – Go to My account

Log in to the EBVS website and click My account in the top right corner.

Step 2 – Edit your personal information

On your profile page, click the button:

Edit my personal informations

You will see a notice explaining that:

A centralized access is used on the site.

Click the link provided to access your centralised access account.

Step 3 – Open your centralised access account

You will be redirected to the EBVS centralised access system (Keycloak).
This is where your core identity data is managed, including:

• First name

• Last name

• Email address

Step 4 – Update your email address

In the Personal info section:

1. Locate the Email field.

2. Click Update email - you may be asked to reauthenticate.

3. Enter your new email address.

4. Click Submit.

Step 5 – Save your changes

After updating your email, click Save on the Personal info screen.

Your email address is now updated.
Future logins and OTP codes will be sent to your new email address.
